When a customer agrees to utilize one or more AVG support services, it is the customer’s obligation to provide payment prior to the service being initiated. The customer bears the right to refuse payment for the services, but AVG then bears the right to refuse service to that individual or individuals.
You also have right to ask refund for your payments in case you did get the services as promised.
You will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
- You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved.
- The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.
There are also cases of partial return:
- The plan is being cancelled from your end in between.
- If you are cancelling the one time repair fee.

AVG incurs the cost of dispatching a technician onsite. All refunds to subscriptions and plans AVG at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis. Refund amount shall be directly credited to the credit card or Paypal. We don’t accept payments through cheque or bank transfer.
